What are you taking? I've been taking Centrum (from Costco) but I'm not sure if it's suitable for CKD. Any idea? Thanks.

When I was diagnosed with CKD and had my first appointment with a nephrologist I brought my list of meds which included OTC meds and one was Centrum Silver. There was no problem for me to keep taking it and the others on my list. However, that is something you should run past your nephrologist since s/he will know your history better.

Best of luck.

I take ProRenal vitamins made especially for CKD in less amounts than usual supplements and recommended by nephrologists. You can search for it on Google or go to Amazon (where I purchase them). They are “kidney friendly” and have the correct amount of vitamins and minerals for kidney patients. I take ProRenal+D

Hope that is helpful!

God bless

Yes I've heard lots about Pro Renal plus D. In Canada I'm not sure where I can purchase them other than online. Thank you for the feedback though. Much appreciated. Stay well.
