Hello Tajele - it's important that you reach out to your healthcare team and ask about your lab results. They are in the position to talk about them in the context of your overall health and well being. At these links you can learn more about eGFR and creatinine in general:

I have had a routine chemistry blood sample test done due to being on linsipriol for high blood pressure. My sodium was 140 mmol/l, potassium 4.1 mmol/L, chloride 107 mmol/L, urea 4.7 mmol/L, creatinine 96 umol /L, egfr 56 mL/min1.73m^2, Bilirubin 13 umol/L, Alk Phos 140 U/L, ALT 24 U/L, Albumin 45 g/L and CRP <4 mg/L .

My recommendation would be to use labtestsonline.org and then go to TESTS. Enter the letters for each test and you can learn about them. That will help you develop questions to ask your physicians.

Best of luck.
