Hi Everyone, Since July i started to have some symptoms of Kidney problems and i felt the burning pain, the itching skin and some rashes stronger on september, that's when i decided to visit a doctor for a checkup and started eating healthier and avoiding meats and reduce dairy. I have a history of high blood pressure and i am 5-11 weight 130 lbs.
My doctor told me the blood and urine test results were not showing anything abnormal and she sent me to do a CT scan and also no issues.
I still sometimes get some light symptoms but not too strong. I once ate some grass fed lamb meat and felt some light burn sensation.
I want to know if I should have other tests or exams?
Here are some markers:
Glucose 83
BUN 7
Creatinine 1.03
Sodium 136
Albumin 5
Total Protein 7.6
I normally get told by people i look more skinny and want to eat more to gain weight, but thats when i get into problems.
Any advice i highly appreciate it. My best wishes for good health to all.

Nobody here can diagnose. Your labs from a non physician look GREAT, but don't assume I know anything.
What made you think your problems were caused by kidneys? It sounds like your current doctor is receptive to your symptoms and working out a diagnosis.
Have you been diagnosed with CKD or do you just think you have it and if so is it just because of the symptoms?
The symptoms can be from various things including allergies or intolerances. Intolerances and allergies have been on the rise due to all the chemicals, pesticides and environmental toxins. Many of them affect the foods we eat. Something like 10% of people have sensitivities. Personally, I get all of the things your describing and more symptoms. Each food or environmental toxin affects me differently. The rash in particular makes me think you might have a food allergy or intolerance. You might check with a holistic or integrative doctor. You could get checked at an allergist for actual allergies, but they don't often test for sensitivities. The best way to determine it is to write down all of your meals and notes on how you feel after each meal and during the day. Often, allergies will be immediate reactions ie a rash following the meal or within an hour or so. An intolerance can take longer to detect, sometimes 1-2 days later a symptom will arise.
You may actually want to have your doctor test you for autoimmune issues since they can also cause information and symptoms. Remember also that allergies are different than food intorances. Happy to hear you don't have CKD!
The symptoms you mention could be almost anything. Sounds more GI or acid reflux or a food allergy to me. Rely on your doctor. Your labs look great. To my eye , it doesn't look like you have any kidney issues. Most on this site wish they had your values
Like someone else said, we are not medical experts and cannot diagnose, can only tell you our own experiences.
Please go see your doctor. It would not be appropriate for any of us to try and start making a diagnosis or medical suggestions for you. I don't say that to be mean to you but if you need medical help then a doctor is the person to see. If you are not satisfied with your current doctor then consider finding a new one or at least get a second opinion from another doc. I had a useless kidney doctor and wished I had not trusted them but I did and it cost me my kidneys and I am now on dialysis.
