What is a good alternative to half and half as a coffee creamer?

Coffee Mate makes a non-dairy product if that is what you are looking for.

Is dairy a culprit? I'm very new to CKD, still learning. I do enjoy almond milk, have been drinking it now for years, and although it's not as "creamy" or thick as h & h, it does have a yummy flavor. I have noticed almond milk coffee creamers, some flavored, you might try that.

As Mr._ Kidney suggested alternatives.

The Coffeemate Fat Free Origional, has no sugar and very few additives. It is only available in the powder form, but if you call Nestles, they are incredibly helpful and will teach you how to make the powder into liquid and even provide you with coupons.

I prepare it in the microwave and use it in my iced coffee.

I prefer the taste to almond milk.

Just a thought if you are seeking non-dairy.

😉
