I'm 21 and I live in India. I used to go to gym when i was 18 (back in 2016) later my creatinine levels rose up from 0.8 to 1.1 gradually (until then i never checked creatinine). Later i was soo scared and i stopped bodybuilding. I loved bodybuilding but i stopped it. I started yoga and i used to go for blood test every month. It was fluctuating between 1 and 1.2 . in 2018 March i've showed my creatinine to a different lab which gave a result of 1.1 and i started basic maintenance workouts (2 sets of pull ups 8 reps, 2 sets of push ups 8reps) this was my exercise. And in June 2018 my creatinine went down to 0.8. After that in september it went up to 1.0, and in November it went to 1.1. I got scared but i continued working out. In Jan 2019 it showed 0.9. After seeing that, I started to live like a normal child, eating my favorite foods (i'm a vegetarian) and used to eat 2 eggs a day. My workout was just the same. And my workout schedule was not even everyday. It was every alternate day. On April 27th 2019 i had my workouts done and did high cardio exercises also which made me dehydrated. After that on April 29th I went for a creatinine check and it showed 1.3. I got really scared and everyone were telling me that exercise is the cause and i'm in the line of getting my kidney failure. For 3 weeks i stopped everything and did nothing just to sit in an air conditioned room. Didn't even get out in the sun. After that last week i had my creatinine check done and it went down only one level that is 1.2. I'm really scared sir. Some say it's normal to have fluctuations like this. Some say its abnormal for my age. Please clarify . Its making me crazy. Please get me out of this stress sir. I want to live like any other kid, maintaining a fit body and having a healthy life. Is this normal .?? please respond.
Thanking you

Relax, please. I think you already have the answer to your questions. You are still within a normal level so take a breath. Your creatinine will increase with exercise and that too is normal. Being dehydrated too will affect the results. What you eat will also play into the results. If you are really concerned, have your doctor draw a full renal panel to test for kidney disease. What is your GFR?
You are doing more harm to yourself worrying. Stress is very bad for the body and soul. Exercise is good for you as long as it does not do harm so stick with your program. Again, ask the doctor if you are doing too much. Sitting in an air conditioned room worrying is such a waste of time. You are so young...get out there and enjoy life.
Thank you very much sir. Youre answer relieved me form my brain blasting stress. But one last query. Can I still do my workout?
This is my workout schedule
Mon: 2sets ppush ups, 2sets pull ups, 2 sets of double bar exercises
Tue : rest
Wed:The same thing as monday
Thu :Rest
Fri :The same thing as monday
Sat : Rest
Sun : Rest
this is my workout schedule sir. Is this intense? Because my uncle who lives in New Jersey had kidney failure just because of over exercise. So he recently had a kidney transplant. So everyone in my family are scared about my creatinine fluctuation. And they said for people of my age creatinine should not cross 1.0, and it did because of my exercise. Is that exercise schedule which i mentioned above is dangerous and intense? please tell this also sir.
I am not able to tell you whether or not your program is ok. That would be a discussion with your doctor. Kidney failure is usually a progressive disease so if you are concerned you are headed there because of your workout, then speak with your doctor. I think you are worrying too much, but get the advice you need from a medical professional.
