UPJ OBSTRUCTION LEFT KIDNEY, PYELOPLASTY CONDUCTED

Hi Everyone. I was asymptomatic UPJ left kidney obstruction patient, 1 year ago i was diagnosed with it & i went for pyeloplasty. Its being one year & i still have moderate hydnophrosis & urine hold up, latest DTPA SCAN in which Di uratic was injected 10 minutes before scan show no excretion from the kidney which underwent pyeloplasty. I am very worried previous one scan it was showing partial secretion but hold up i don't know what to do now any expert opinion.

You need to have your doctor explain this to you. Even if we could diagnose, which we cannot, there maybe other issues which we are not aware of that impact your health.You really need for your healthcare team to work with you and explain in a clear manner what is going on.

I agree, but someone can share His or her experience of post pyeloplasty surgery? Since diagnosis of secondary obstruction is quite ambiguous.
