anyone tries naturopathic treatments

Has anyone tried Carditone? Am starting that under care from my naturopath. It is a gradual change from your meds to the carditone . Tired of low GFR and high creatinine from benazapril.

Yikes..... first of all, do not stop taking this drug without talking to your doctor. Second: OTC such as Carditone products are not regulated and could cause more issues. (I could not find any evidence based research on this product either which is telling. Everything was ads.) The information on benazapril was scary and I would understand why you would want to change. But, having kidney disease should be monitored by a specialist like a nephrologist. Be careful. You do not say what level kidney disease you have. I once went to a naturopath many, many years ago and I would not put myself in their care now. I want someone trained in kidney care.

My doctors are all aware of this. I am slowly replacing my meds with carditone and monitoring my BP. There are loads of good reviews of this product on amazon and I love my naturopath. You have to find the right one.

Just friendly advice.... I would never trust my health to Amazon! You do know that once you lose kidney function, you almost never can gain regain it.

I’m not sure what that is, but I actually applaud you’re thinking outside the box. I have tried many things and I believe they have helped me. I believe most doctors just get caught up doing the same thing for every patient. If no one ever tried anything new, no progress would be made. Prayers for you. God can do anything😀
