Hi,

You don't mention a lot of other information about your lab values and any other issues so following a kidney stone diet can be tricky. I understand that you may be reluctant to share a lot of information so the best advice is an article I came across from the University of Chicago. The article mentions specifics which you should know and gives you guidelines to follow. One word of caution, before you begin to follow this diet or any other one, please check with your doctor if you don't have the specifics about your stones. Eating too much of the wrong thing can make your situation worse. Here's the link. Best of luck.

Do you know the composition of the stones? That’ll help with formatting a diet.
