Sorry to be rude but how old are you? Do you take blood pressure medication or suffer from diabetes?
Age and the both two conditions can have a big impact on your kidney function and may be why they want to keep and eye on it with 6monthly tests. From what I can see your creatinine, is 66 and really not a problem. Your potassium, urea and sodium all look good. I would get them to look at that ferritin has that's the building blocks of iron so you could do with sorting that out as that would explain all your symptoms.
Obviously I'm no doctor and you need to get them to explain everything. But please stop worrying your ok and your kidney function is not bad. I cant see what they have calculated your gfr?

Thank you so much I have had a call from my doctors telling me that I have to go there Wednesday to discuss kidney function being monitored
And where I have got such good advice for all on this site re my thyroid struggling and other test that are not right
I have been told that if the labs put results down as normal even though they are at the very bottom of nhs guidelines and I feel so ill they won't do anything about it and will not give me medication to help them I told doctors I feel I need B12 injections as a booster course to make me feel better say 1 a week
I just hope I can get GP to help
Thank you
