CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS
500g minced beef
Salt and pepper
15g onion chopped
6 slices bacon
1 clove minced garlic
15g chopped gherkins
3 eggs
125mls MAYONNAISE

125mls single cream
225g grated cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
In a frying pan, brown minced beef with onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Meanwhile cook the bacon until crisp.
Break the bacon up into bite sized pieces.
Mix the bacon and gherkins into the minced beef.
Spoon the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Preheat oven to 350F/170C/gas mark 4
Combine eggs, mayo and cream, being sure to mix well.
Sprinkle cheese over beef mixture and pour egg mixture over the whole thing.
Bake 30-35 minutes, until top is browned and set.
