Ever get to that point where the weight just doesn't shift or only moves tiny amounts and not always in the direction you want, despite your best efforts?
I've got to that point. I've been struggling for a few weeks now.
But I'm keeping with my regular healthy eating and the exercise. I know it'll pay off eventually.
As impatient as I feel with it, giving up won't help now!
For anyone in the same place - maybe ask yourself if there's something little you can change to try and boost the progress. But no matter what just keep going!! <3
