Scales!?

Hi Lisa here does anyone have digital scales that just have a mind of their own and say their own little weight that isnt true? Or is it just mine? What scales does everyone use? x

I think all scales lie, they always make out you are heavier than think you are LOL.

I use a very old set of scales,not digital ones. I hope that by doing this they will be constant in their delivery, I sometimes think I should test them by placing a couple of bags of sugar or something on them and see if they agree with the contents.

You probably are already doing this but ensure the following... that the scales are positioned in exactly the same place... and placed on a hard surface (not carpet or lino etc...).

I use eufy life, connects via bluetooth with yout phone and tells you weight/water/fat/bone/muscle mass etc
