Just find this website from the internet. I am about 156 lbs and 5ft 3 inches tall, BMI over 28. I've been experiencing different kinds of weight loss program even taking medicine to help on weight loss. The highest weight was 189 lbs in 2003. Getting older, overweight cause knee pain problem. In order to reduce the pain, I choose to establish my new life starting by tomorrow and following the 12 weeks program. I also need your support to build up my own community and I am willing to sharing my experience and feeling here.
