Hi I'm 47 work full time, but currently signed off work with back and neck problems. Im married to the most amazing man who is very supportive in my quest for a healthy weight. I'm 5 feet 7inches and today weighed myself at 16 stone 6. I plan to loose weight, become active and start to live again as my obesity is causing back & neck pain and the fatigue is something else! Being 90 comes to mind. I'm looking forward to meeting new people, but please be patient as I try to navigate my way around.

When I joined at the beginning of the year I was undergoing checks, including an MRI for back and leg problems. Everyone's different but the weight I've lost since then has helped alleviate nearly all my symptoms.

Good morning Nicola, pleased to hear you have a supportive man in your life. You will definitely get more energy and zest for life as you shed those pounds. I personally feel so much better, eating healthy, clothes more comfortable etc.

Good to see you on here again MN, you will certainly find everyone is patient. The site is a little tricky to navigate but you can have loads of fun whilst learning. I think the best way to find your way around is just to try things, you will find so many interesting things. Enjoy exploring.
