Intro

Hi I'm 47 work full time, but currently signed off work with back and neck problems. Im married to the most amazing man who is very supportive in my quest for a healthy weight. I'm 5 feet 7inches and today weighed myself at 16 stone 6. I plan to loose weight, become active and start to live again as my obesity is causing back & neck pain and the fatigue is something else! Being 90 comes to mind. I'm looking forward to meeting new people, but please be patient as I try to navigate my way around.

Welcome Nicola to this happy, helpful forum.

Glad to hear that you've got someone supportive to help you.

Just noticed that you've already posted so maybe you were trying to post this in the Newbie Club.

When I joined at the beginning of the year I was undergoing checks, including an MRI for back and leg problems. Everyone's different but the weight I've lost since then has helped alleviate nearly all my symptoms.

Good luck!
