Confused (in a good way)

I’ve been a LOT more relaxed with food recently and haven’t exercised in 3/4 weeks (terrible, I know) so every week when I climb on the scales I think it will have gone up. Somehow, it keeps creeping down and I’ve now lost over 3 stone! I think I want to lose one more and then see how I’m feeling at 11st 11lbs.

Having been on my weight loss journey on and off for 18 months, how we lose weight continues to baffle me.

Don’t give up! You are doing your very best sometimes it the little things that you don’t realise are helping you. Just keep doing what your doing and you get were you want to go eventually!

The good practices you built up in the earlier days of weight loss must have stuck, even tho' you're now more relaxed with food. I hope to get to that point but it seems a long way off!

You are going great guns and clearly doing something right so don't knock it.

What we eat is so much more important than exercise.
