Newbie here

Hi all,

Hope you guys are well.

As title suggests I'm a newbie. Gained weight in my pregnancy. Now my little one is not so little (2) and weight has not shifted! :(

Seemed to have gotten in to bad eating habits. I skip breakfast and end up binging when hungry. Don't think it's quantity of what I'm eating, rather the junk!

Working full-time so don't have much time for food prep.

Really need some guidance as feel like dear in headlights clueless when comes to dieting!

Try not to think of this as a diet, but as a new healthy lifestyle. If cooking isn't your thing, I suggest you log onto our Daily Diary for good meal ideas, that aren't too complicated.
