As title suggests I'm a newbie. Gained weight in my pregnancy. Now my little one is not so little (2) and weight has not shifted!
Seemed to have gotten in to bad eating habits. I skip breakfast and end up binging when hungry. Don't think it's quantity of what I'm eating, rather the junk!
Working full-time so don't have much time for food prep.
Really need some guidance as feel like dear in headlights clueless when comes to dieting!
