Thank-you, decision made
Always go for a personal BMI calculation, Mandy, because you'll do yourself no favours by eating too little
I suggest you log onto the Daily Diary too, for hints and tips for amazing menus
I'd like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out. If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and respond to others there, you'll soon break the ice. Here's the link

Good choice mandyflatt.👍😊Do the NHS BMI Calculator. My range is circa 1540-1940 and I have between 1650-1700 daily and leaves room for the unexpected🤔😜 . I have lost 18lbs in 14weeks. Enjoy the plan.😊
Amazing effort kazzi56! You must be so pleased with that lose so far, I'm following the calories set out by the NHS BMI calculator also and I'd be over the moon if I achieve what you have in that time 👍☺️
Thank you xvanillaskyx . I see you have had a great start on the plan too - well done👏. I lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks so it has slowed down a bit but still going in the right direction. I let bad habits creep in but being on here helps me rein it in so more focussed from now on. The old me would have given up by now and probably have put it back on which has been my life for the last 30 odd years....but no more. My journey may be scenic but I will embrace it and reach my goal. Wishing you well on yours.😊👍
