i have a new favourite snack. wholemeal toast rub on garlic (cut the clove in half and rub the cut side) if you have the cals 1/2 tsp virgin olive oil or rapeseed oil if not miss it out. top with tomatoes (good ones that actually taste of tomatoes) then salt (rock) and black pepper. Doesn't sound much but it tastes lovely. There is something about it. Has saved me from the crisp trap.
