I'm new here "hello everyone"
I started my weight loss journey back in May 2017. I weighed 72.3 kg bmi of 30.1, and at only 5ft1inch I felt massive. I also have 3 children which also has taken a toll on my body but it came to a stage where I couldn't keep up with them. That's the main reason for me really my children to see a healthy active mum and it should set the right mindset for there future. My weight loss goal is 51.4kg and to date I've lost 11.7kg taking me to 60.6kg bmi 25.2, this is such a massive achievement for me I have another 9.2kg to loss yet but just goes to show a big change in my diet and now I self discipline so I have no junk food at all six days a week but I do allow myself one naughty day, I also have reduced my portion size that I eat. I also did cardio to start with every day just 12 minutes (but 12 minutes seemed like hours, sweat 💦 would be dripping from me like a tap) I gradually increased my workouts and now I do 2 sets morning & evening of 14 minute workouts 5 times a week and also jog 2/3km twice a week.
I'm starting to feel so much lighter and healthier now and getting to love my body again it's been such hard work but my life is about challenging yourself working hard and living happy.
