Well it has been a while since y have posted anything although I have still been working to reach my goals. Anyway today I got on a size 12 next jeans and I always think next is a bit neat with their sizes still had a very large muffin top but I got them on and fastened. And I have lost about 6 inches around my middle although still not seeing much change in the numbers when I weigh myself everything I obviously toning. Might get that 6 pack yet.
