Never mind, Sue, don't let it get you down. Put it behind you and climb straight back up on the wagon!
My advice is to join the Saturday weigh-in, get back to the Daily Diary and commit yourself to some regular exercise, by joining the exercise challenges. Our journeys are much easier, if we have others by our side
Onwards and downwards!
I am going for assessment at nearby gym Tues evening see if it can help motivate movement.
Don't let it get you down, you've lost weight in the past and you can do it again. Write down how you feel and how you felt when you lost weight. Hang a dress up look at it, let it be your motivation, you can do this....
