Hi everyone

Well, what a stunning warm weekend for a change. Unfortunately, I have not been very good, too much booze equals over indulging in crisps and chocs. However, I am now back on healthy eating and hope I can be stronger this week. I am afraid that I find weekends very difficult to resist temptation, I suspect I am not alone in this. Any suggestions please?

If your going to want treats at the weekend, plan for them within your calorie range.. Then there shouldn't be a problem?
