Hi, I actually started this weight loss plan on the 20th May '17 thinking to myself oh well let's try another diet! However, I am pleased to say I have actually lost 5 1/2 lbs in just under three weeks! I only weigh on a Tuesday morning whereas previously I weighed every other day which was disappointing, so looking forward to next Tuesday! My goal is to be able to fit in to a special dress that I bought for my nieces wedding 22nd July! Good luck to everybody else just starting out!
