Wk 2 done. Green gym time up.. Weight down. Wk 3, here I go...

Another 1 & 1/4lbs gone. Good weather also means bbqs and pub garden stops so I'm very happy with this. I hit my 1st milestone.. (now just under 2 stone to shift) Just! Next step. . Another 1/4 stone? Yep. Starting to believe it's going to happen. Thanks to you all for your support so far!… 🌸

Yes! It really is. Thank you! And the garden is starting to look like someone cares. Winner! I'm for sure sticking on the forum. I honestly think it's the key... that has helped me stay in the groove. Healthy me.. Here I come.

I agree, the forum has given me so much more than I was expecting. I came here looking for accountability with a weekly weigh in. I found that, and advice, inspiration, menu ideas and wonderful, lovely support. I feel in control of what I choose to eat for the first time in a long time.

Green gym is a great idea, and lovely to have a nice garden.

Thanks for that Malmace. Your support is so welcome. It's a new approach. Wanting to be Grannybthin was the repeat fail mode. I'm now focusing on moving more and using calories in larger chunks, less often... rather than multiple mini low calorie snacks which don't satisfy. It seems to be making the difference. Cheers 🌸
