I am a mom of two toddlers struggling with pcos and huge weight gain. I have always been chubby but now have hit the highest weight of all times I am looking at a whooping 70 pound loss in four months or so. I need your support to stick on to my diet and exercise regime as I have been failing for past three years.

Hi there, I never used to do any good with any diets I had done in the past and found out on here that if you don't at least the amount of calories that is advised to you on the NHS bmi calculator you will not lose any weight because your body thinks that you are starving it and turns what you do eat into body fat and this weighs more than the extra calories would. Occasionally you would put weight on too. I started eating the right amount of calories and have now lost 2st. Please make sure you are not making this same mistake too and do check your calories on the NHS BMI calculator. Good luck with your journey.
Thanks past two days I have been able to stick to my exercise regime and control my portion sizes also avoided junk .Hope I'm able to stick with my regime.
