Week Five

Hi, Still going ok, haven't weighed myself since my 8lb weight loss but clothes fitting much better. On average walking 5 miles a day and I feel better in my back and knee. Just wanted to say that this time round I think that what has made a difference is eating to the calorie allowance and still being able to have treats, which is much more realistic for long term weight loss. Before I would tend to stick to the same foods.

Great post and I agree, eating enough so you don't feel deprived makes the process so much easier 😊
