I have decided that it is well time to ACTIVELY (no pun intended) get on the weight loss track this year. My baby fat (yes, that was an excuse at one point) and my pregnancy fat (yes, another excuse no longer valid as my kids are 6 and 4!!) have stuck, but I want to feel better, look better and be healthier.
So. Enough of preaching weight loss to patients, and my turn to do my bit for my health!
Today: starting at a bad 85kg. 15kg to go. (eish!!) (but I figure, small goal first: if I can break the 80kg barrier that'll be the least I would have weighed in 6 years!!)
