Last few pounds club?

Hi everyone, i have about 6lbs to lose to get to the top end of my healthy bmi. Was wondering if there was a last few pounds club, or challenge, im sure there was one but cant find it? Hope you are all doing ok x

The lady who ran the last few pounds club achieved her target and is now part of the maintainers club, but if you wanted to run another you would have the support from admin 😊 Give it a go!

All you would have to do is write a weekly post about your own struggles and successes in losing the last few pounds and encourage others to join you 😊 If you were able to reply to the posts all the better, but the forum members are great at encouraging others 😊 Maybe someone else would be able to help you?

I'm happy to help you with this, it could run alongside other challenges and weigh ins 😊

I'm usually around on a Friday as I host a weigh in but any day would work as I'm sure the other admins would be happy to help. 😊
