Two pounds on :-(

After a lovely mothers day and being spoilt with breakfast in bed and a lovely roast all cooked for me. Why did i spoil it and get on the scales today. A whooping two pounds on ... One day ... Still the sun is shining and I'm going to put my big girl pants on and take my dog to the beach for a lovely long walk 💕💕🐾🐾🐶🐶. Focusing on the good of loosing a stone since i started this journey on the first of jan ... A little gain is not going to beat me 👙👙👙need to be bikini ready for September.

  • Don't fret, when we eat more carbs the body retains water to process them. It is water weight as carbs need more water than protein and fat to digest. Back on track and your body will eliminate the 2lb of water over the next day or two. For it to be fat you would have had to consumed 7000 calories over your calorie allowance and I very much doubt you did that. Don't let this effect you emotionally, look at the facts and just carry on. Glad you had a nice Mother's Day 🙂

  • You know what, you're doing great. You've lost a stone since January? That's bloody fantastic! So you gained 2lbs after a lovely Mothers Day... so what? Back on it today. You'll get there. Your attitude rocks. :D

  • I pigged out yesterday at my son's birthday. Hate myself for it but I just went mad! Today had a good run, and back to the diet. We can do this!!!!

  • You made it to the scales and that's the positive in this. Refocus and turn it around. You deserved a treat but you took the step to weigh in. Good luck :)
