2 weeks in and could not believe my eyes.

Morning everyone and I hope your all well and on track to your goals.

I myself have lost another 4lb bringing me down to 17st 6lb. My energy levels are up I am more active and my confidence has been given a well needed boost.

I still have a long way to go but I have shown myself with everyone's help, advice and great inspiration I can now see that light at the end of the tunnel starting to get bigger

Thank you all x 😁. I cant believe how much has been lost by only changing my mindset and moving more.

I started at 18st 7lb and in 2 weeks I am 1st 1lb lighter, Even though its me losing the weight its down to all you wonderful people.

Don't ever give up or give in, some weeks will be harder than others but reading my posts will show you anyone can do it.
