Feeling a bit better

I started daily walking feb 13th ...Some days its just a mile ..weekends off work its longer .5 last sunday ..last night 3 .5 and i could actually breathe a bit better and talking to hubby while walking ..yes he comes with me when he can .Averaging around a 20 minute mile so pleased with that .Off for a busy day in the kitchen and cafe that i work in ..step away from the cakes ......

You're doing great with the walking, keep it up. That must be hard working in a café when your trying to be healthy, well done for staying away from the cakes.

I must admit since I starting walking more it as helped me lots. I take my dog Bella out twice a day now and my walking as improved so much over time.
