Hi, I currently weigh 13st 12. My heaviest ever!
I really want to trim up for a family wedding in 11 weeks.
I belong to a gym and use it about three times a week and also swim.
My problem is my food. I am an emotional eater and will always eat over my allowance when stressed at work.
I also struggle to eat three meals a day.
I have an underactive thyroid ( now on 75g medication).
Does anyone with the same condition struggle to lose weight?
I do now own a Fitbit charge 2 and would appreciate any advice on how useful these are?
Any advice on the above would be appreciated.
