Grandchildren exercise day two

Survived yesterday. In bed by nine though lol. Kept faithful to the calorie and since my grandchildren eat very healthy it was easy, but grandad nearly scuppered me with the Morrisons doughnuts, which are simply the best, but the resistance is strong.....name that film chaps 😃Ok so today it's walk at Mt Edgecombe, after gardening at home for a little while, weather permitting. Then maybe some finger painting and baking....all healthy of course and not at the same time lol. Have a good Sunday folks I am looking forward to my weigh day on Wednesday. Once a week is good for me

  • Grandchildren, just love um, but can't eat a whole one. Lol. Yes ours keep you on your toes and definitely early to bed. Bless them.

  • Love the walks at Mt Edgecombe,very healthy tools steep walks as well as flat walks.Also good walk at St Michaels Mount walk over the causeway and climb all the steps up to the castle brilliant.Glad you enjoyed the time with the Grandchildren x
