Lamb leg steak with tomato and balsamic butter (came in a pack from Tesco!), cauliflower, brussell sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, baby carrots, pan fried celeriac steaks fried in a little butter. Total 435 calories.
This was an awful lot of food! The secret really is all the vegetables. No sauces or condiments, no potatoes!
Only my second (and final) meal of the day.... ending on 897 calories with an additional 232 calories earned through an hour of stretches and Pilates.
