Hello all. Am trying to increase my exercise and the same a lot of people (and my general downfall) is fitting it into my everyday life. As well as the nhs 10 min workouts I have found Bodyfit by Amy on YouTube. She does a great 10 minute low impact workout and also some other 10 minute workouts for specific areas. I managed to do the nhs one while making bolognaise the other night (my children thought me doing squats was the funniest thing ever!!) and did a bodyfit while waiting for jacket potatoes tonight when the kids did their homework. Just breaking it down is helping boost my movement and is so handy to so something at home. Hoping I can keep it up maybe a couple of times a week but let's get through January first!
