Running after couch to 5k.

Hi folks,

I've just finished my first week as a runner.

I have done four stepping stone runs, three at 4am and yesterday in daylight. The running is so enjoyable and on completion of a run there is always a smile. i'm planning four runs next week using the stamina podcast. I want to increase my distance but I will do this over a few weeks as I don't want to strain anything.

I hope everyone has a great weekend and a good run.

Hi Wanawig,

Really great that you've finished your first week as a runner! That is brilliant!!! You could write about your runs in the 'Tortoise and Hare' Running club thread that we have - moreless writes this thread, and we 'runners' contribute within it - it's in the Pinned posts. The Couch to 5k community is also a great one for support as a runner too. :-)

I hope you've had a great weekend and wishing you an excellent week ahead.

Lowcal :-)
