So after a great week, I've rediscovered running ( been out 3 times) and by Friday felt great.... Then came the Christmas weekend away with Friends and I'm 3lb on... Not too concerned as I know why! Here's to another good week 👍

Know the feeling - good week and then family up for the weekend and tried hard to be good, but ended up with an Indian takeaway and some drink
