Weigh in is on Monday am or pm and a link is put on here just click on it and then you can register your weight.
The twelve week plan is easy to follow and download, it really educates you about foods.
You can check your calorie allowance using the BMI checker for your daily calorie allowance.
My husband has sleep apnea we don't know why as he isn't overweight and doesn't have a wide neck measurement, we can only put it down to smoking. I hope loosing weight will help you as it's awful wearing the CPAP machine plus your partner has to wear ear plugs because of the noise as in my case.
Good luck shout out if you need further support.
Best wishes Bev
Hi Bev,
Thanks for the lovely welcome.
I really don't want to have to wear one of those contraptions, if it means losing weight I'll do it.
I intend to use the Michael Mosley method of using an 8 hour window for eating and don't need to worry too much about the calories.
Once again, thank you for your support.
John.
