I start the loosing weight program and did work, but about 6weeks ago i damaged my ligaments and tendon from my ankle , I'm not able to do running for a few months or cardio because I'm not aloud to put weight on my food, even when i walk is hurting .i was wondering if anyone knows some really easy and lowcal foods what i can cook and not spend to long on my foot and some exercise besides abs to do it at home. My personal trainer give me somes but involves only weight lifting.
