im 27 years i was diagnosed with pcos when i was a teenager (hormonal imbalance), i piled on quite alot of weight after this.

i find it a battle to lose weight i only need to lose 2 stone to get go a healthy weight wjere my hormones will naturally start to regulate.

ive lost 6lb so far i always used to give up as i was expecting a fast noticeable change.

now im losing weight in a healthy way and im starting to see the results.

i just wanted to say that dont rush yourself for a result losing weight takes alot of good choices, motivation, patience and perseverance and with all these qualities you can lead to healthier new you and also maintain this healthy new you.

dont give in !!

That's great to hear Sadiyah. I have a post on my blog that says, "I've been dieting for 3 days, why aren't I thin yet?" and I think this sums up my attitude to weight loss perfectly! I get frustrated when the weight doesn't come off quickly and regularly. I also have PCOS, although I was only diagnosed last year and this makes me a bit more mindful that this is a long game for me!

Hormones, awkward things..........I know only too well, menopasal dramas.

Did you know that if the ostrogen upsets the bike, it hinders digestion, lower carb ps help, as dies fresh ginger tea ( flesh and all), also started to take maca root ( I use amazons Incite), 4000mg daily.
