Recipes veg lasagne

I made this lovely recipe yesterday. It made 4 portions

1 red pepper

1 courgette ( I used this instead if aubergine)


1clove if garlic

1tub of Passata

8 plum tomatoes ( which could easily be a can, a normal sized tin is that)

6 tablespoons of creme friache ( they said half fat)

Lasagne sheets

2 tablespoons of Parmesan ( I used mature cheddar)

Roast veg at 200c, for 25 mins, when cooked mix with Passata, layer sheets on top and add creme friache, on top layer add cheese and bake for 25 mins.

Calories 279 per portion, very yummy, I add tho as I made half this to increase the veg maybe,

  • MMMMMM !!! Yummy I'm a veggie and had a few disasters making lasagne always seems sloppy think I will try your recipe. Good one !
