Hi all just to say a big thankyou for your help through this journey I'm starting week 4 and im feeling like im bursting with motivation and inspiration all bottled up from this site and used everyday. The kindness and understanding from such genuine people is amazing to come from a long day at work and have 19 notifications from people so happy I achieved my 1st stone was so touching but it is this web site that has inspired me and motivated me. Just 3 weeks ago I felt like a failure and I joined this web site reaching out for help from someone that could understand . There wasn't just one person there where lots of caring people and reading there stories experiences has such a positive impact. It's so nice to know I'm not alone and there is always someone here for advice and encouragement so thankyou all so much xx
