Efect of weight loss

Today I went to the shops for my usual shopping complete with rucksack. On the way back I realised it was VERY heavy! (hot weather, a stock of mineral water etc.). About 1/2 mile walk home. So on getting home I weighed it - it came to just 1 stone (14 lbs)!!!

So anyone just over one stone in excess would have to carry this additional weight about all the time! Wow!

I had a similar moment at the airport when the combined weight of both our bags weighed 13kg, less than I have lost!! 😊😊
