Daily pledge

I've been struggling the last three weeks, so decided it's time to start making a daily pledge. Sometimes it helps to really just take it a day at a time. I'm so pleased just to have stuck to my calorie allowance today, it's reminded me that small steps are easier to take and still get you where you're going 😀

Please feel free to join me in doing so and we can cheer each other on!

Tomorrow, and only tomorrow, I pledge to:

- eat fewer than 1600 kcals

- unload my car (lots of stairs and boxes = exercise!)

- take a fruit salad as my snack to work

I agree, daily pledges are good. However.....I'm going out to celebrate a friends birthday tomorrow night-to an Italian restaurant! so, I pledge to make the healthiest choices I can !


Oh and to enjoy yourself - don't forget that lol!

I'm going to pledge not to eat anything after my dinner I.e no nighttime snacking!


Ooo that's a tough one! I find I am super hungry when I get back from work, so I have to build in something sensible to eat, then a later dinner - hubby is not keen on an early dinner - then I do OK.

Mmmm wasn't very successful!! My defense is I have been poorly so ended up comfort eating last night :(

Going to try tonight. Got to keep trying until I do it :D :D
