So as a way to increase my motivation I have been using an app called Zombies, Run!
The app is a bit like an audio adventure where you are trying to survive the zombie apocalypse. Now I normally hate zombie stuff but the characters and story are so good that I want to go on longer walks to do more than one 'mission' in one go.
Its meant to be used for running as title suggests but it works for walking as well as on things like stationary bikes which is what I used to use it on up to season 1 and now using it for walking in season 2. If anyone on here likes audio storys and want to make exercise more fun then I highly recommend giving it a try :). Added bonus is that this year they made it free to download.
