Thank you all for messages of support. I've managed to resist further 'testing' but still have to get through the birthday prosecco and cake afternoon! This cake is tied to garden obelisk as part of present but there's also box of 6! I'll need to be strong!

I was given a pack of chocolate covered coffee beans on my birthday recently, and have been nibbling through them at 2 beans a day (4gms each, probably safe to count 50 calories) as my chocolate treat!

That cup cake could be cut into 4 and have one quarter every day perhaps? Alternatively, freeze it and keep it to celebrate something special!
