Started the diet on Monday and it's gone well this week, stuck to my calories and done lots of walking, but now its the week end! This is when I usually have nice treats and indulge myself.... however, done some food shopping already and have planned a curry for Saturday night and a slow cooked chicken with vegetables on Sunday so hopefull will stick to it! Looking forward to my weigh in on Monday, hoping to have lost a few pounds. Have a good week end everyone!
