After a really rubbish year I'm feeling a whole lot more positive! I'm entering week 4 and I'm 11lb down and aiming for my 1st stone by the end of this week. I've got 77lb to lose in total (66 now) I'm managing to stick to 1800 cal per day and I'm averaging 3-4lb loss so far each week. I've dropped my portion sizes and am eating waaay healthier than before. I'm hoping to lose the full 77lb in 12 months! Wish me luck! X
