It's week 9 for me and I have lost 15lbs so far. I'm really pleased with that, especially in the run up to Christmas when there are lots of planned social events in addition to chocolates and mince pies ready to ambush you.
My aim is to be this weight next Sunday by sticking to week 10 of the NHS 12 week plan except on the 25th & 26th. During those days, I will enjoy myself with my family.
