Well what can I say? I was going out to dinner and needed a smart pair of jeans. In the summer sales I had bought a size 12 jeans for a very good price (absolute bargain). As I don't really weigh myself, and because my skirts were getting looser I decided to try on my jeans, and they fitted perfectly! Really enjoyed dinner but didn't feel like overindulging, I listen to my body, and when its full stop eating. The food was lovely and nutritious, and I had a great time without feeling stuffed. I think that this mindfulness is down to my yoga and deep breathing and pilates. It works for me, and I am slowly loosing the weight; another pound has gone, and I am heading in the right direction. Keep warm all!
